Thank you for visiting my blog.
The reason you are here is because you found my resume interesting and wanted to learn more about me. Just so you know, I’ve been involved in Multi-Family Housing since the late 80’s. One of my early mentors, Jack Karty, told me I should write a book about my daily encounters as a property manager. “Maybe I still will.”
Anyone in the industry will tell you we have to be extremely versatile, because “WE DO IT ALL”, right? You may be a counselor one minute & general contractor or bookkeeper the next. If you’ve ever been a Community Manager you know it’s in our blood. You MUST have excellent people skills, intuition and care that never quits! This development of skills including client relations, administration, management, operations, and creative problem solving took years.
I was raised in Arnold, MO and have lived and worked from the western to southern areas of St. Louis, from small to expansive communities. I’ve been involved with historical buildings, remodels, and new construction.
- I have the passion for any project, big or small.
- I appreciate being able to work with a creative mindset.
- I keep focused and improve any way possible.
- I try to always be of service to others.
I am looking for a partnership with my next opportunity. At this time in my life, I am looking for a new professional challenge and am eager to put my seasoned touch on the growth and development of your business.
